KIDS KINGDOM SUNDAY SCHOOL UNDER MERCY
2024 & 2025

Objective:

To lead a coordinated, cross-generational outreach program providing targeted support to vulnerable elderly residents and educational enrichment for children across multiple urban London communities, while facilitating a structured leadership environment for young volunteers.

Action:

I directed and advised a volunteer force of 15+ young people, managing the end-to-end logistics for the care of 30+ senior citizens and 20+ children. This involved overseeing volunteer briefings, curriculum delivery for youth sessions, and the management of all educational materials.

Results:

Successfully delivered high-quality, compassionate care to over 50+ community members. Beyond the immediate social impact, the project served as a professional development incubator, helping my volunteer team enhance their personal growth and strengthen their professional portfolios (CVs).

Reflection:

This project validated the strategic importance of empowerment through delegation. I learned that large-scale social impact is only sustainable through effective leadership facilitation—by assigning clear, specialized roles to my team, I was able to scale my personal reach and transition from a "doer" to a "director."

STREET OUTREACH
- LONDON, 2025

Objective:

To establish long-term, trust-based relationships in inner-city London environments, specifically aimed at bridging the gap between young people and formal support systems through consistent, weekly cold-approach.

Action:

I executed and led weekly street-level outreach blitz's for 3.5 years, navigating high-pressure urban situations with young people to develop interest in my 1-on-1 bible studies, discussion groups and social media. This involved building direct relationships with the youth.

Results:

Achieved 3.5 years of uninterrupted consistent action, becoming a recognized and trusted figure within the community. Successfully facilitated dozens of people into 1-on-1 mentoring bible studies and my weekly discussion groups, directly allowing helpful biblical guidance to be delivered.

Reflection:

This experience solidified my belief that consistency is the foundation of social capital. I realized that in community leadership, "showing up" is a strategic asset. By maintaining a reliable presence, I transitioned from an outsider to a trusted advocate, proving that long-term change requires a commitment to the "Everyman" identity rather than high-level, detached management.
